Since Paradox is working on Baltics :
Gotland should be independant as a Pirate Kingdom under Eric of Pomeranie with a special CB to reclaim his throne.

They treat it as a pretender rebellion, unlike Ajam.

Ajam rebellion has a duration like 3 years when Eric actually managed to ruled Gotland for like 8 years so why it should deserve an another treatment.

And at the very end of the Knight's mission tree, the possibility of purchasing the island should be made possible. Maybe. Possibly.

I am not sure if a Pirate Kingdom per se... they should probably be given a custom govnerment reform that mixes a Pirate State, an average Monarchy and a Merchant Republic, or something.

I also had thought of two monuments for them, but my monuments list is... I am still deciding on how much I hate Paradox before posting it on here.
