Gotland as a pirate nation!

The 1.28 Spain update, beside disappointment, has brought us a new interesting government type: the pirate republic, a nice addition to already existing mechanics. And because of it, all previously existing pirates represented as rebels should be replaced by new pirate nations, right? Well, not in EU4 devs' logic.

Gotland. One of the biggest islands of the Baltic Sea. In 1444, the seat of a great pirate known as Eric of Pommerania. And still portrayed as a part of Denmark with some pitiful rebels…

It's time to change.

Before GC I wanted Gotland to be a pirate kingdom rued by King Erik, though I'm essentially not changed that stance I just modified it's execution because it can't be a republic as long as Erik lives (him getting elected away wouldn't make sense) Instead it should get an event on Erik's death to either reintegrate with Denmark, or become a pirate republic.
