Tomorrow is now! And still locked.
It's now officially tomorrow here as well, well, actually it's now today but it is tomorrow from yesterday and won't be yesterday until tomorrow.
the one reason I'm hating steam right now is that they're based in my time zone... thus for games that don't get a preload and unlock at 12am PST (usually it's 9pm because of everyone on the east coast) they unlock at 10 am PST
Past experience speaking? This is an admittedly desperate reply, but I need to know what information and/or prior experience lets you say this...for my sanity's sake.
GG operates out of Sweden and that's about when they probably start work. And, from previous experience, when they activate downloads. AHD released last week got online at 9 CET, for instance.
CET is 7:54 AM at the moment. GG will very probably release it at 9:00 AM CET; that's when they update the site.
well if it is 9am CET then i can bare the wait but nice thing abaut steam is that it will tell you "xxhours untill activation" where gamersgate dont so you have to try quess if you dont have dat knowledge from past experiences

It does feel like Christmas Morning / a long awaited much anticipated event. Hopefully only 1 more hour to go (On GG).
BTW Master of Magic was one of the best games I ever played. Elemental made an attempt but they never remade the game. I really wish they would make another game like that and perhaps Guild 2 elements. Sierra's one attempt at strategy games aka Birthright: The Gorgon's Alliance had a great concept and was fun but never took off. There were talks of making the game playable on-line but like many small companies...
Luckily we all have Paradox. I for one enjoy buying their games and supporting future amazing titles.
Completely off-topic, but Elemental: Fallen Enchantress is in BETA. If you bought the game during its original launch, Brad Wardell left a nice email explaining Stardock is making amends, as they stated a year or so ago.

Yesterday is the past, Today is now and Tomorrow never comes.
For those who got the retail DVD. You can already install and play the game. As Paradox themselves said, steam is not used as a DRM. You just need to start with a different exe. And considering there are two provided in the root folder on the disc it shouldn't be that much of a hassle to figure out which one.

Yeah I couldn't really get into Elemental with the early patches, it was such a promising concept but I couldn't deal with the interface and bugs.
Two things which Crusader Kings 2 handles much better, by all appearences and to-date limited experience.
