A few decades back, I, as HRE emperor, got the great peasant's war modifier. There was a pop-up announcing this, but there have been no subsequent events of any kind. The decision for ending the great peasant's says that it cannot be taken until progress is at 9 or -9 (currently 0).
Is something missing? It seems the modifier has no expiration date on its own, and it seems like there should have been some events or an incident that triggered with it, but which didn't actually fire.
