Good tutorials for Victoria 2 Heart of Darkness

I play Victoria 2 for a long time and in my opinion I understand the game relativ good. But I am looking for a tutorial series that explains the most important aspects of the game as correctly as possible (industrialisation, market and trade, military, soi and population). Of course, it is important that the tutorials are up to date. So for Hod. I have already found some tutorials, but the majority seemed to me to be quite old, besides I was not quite so sure if the tutorials were correct.

Other than the wiki, which has some very detailed info about some things, and not much more than speculation about others, I haven't found a whole lot out there. Few of the tutorial AARs give you any more than a very general explanation of how things work, and they rarely provide any numbers or formulas.

I especially looked for tutorials on industrialisation and the composition of the army. I watched this video and read the articles on the wiki. But are these up to date? Especially the wiki articles seem to me to be outdated. I would also be interested to know if the information on the wiki is still true to the fleet. So no commerce raider, Man o ' Wars and monitors. For this purpose frigates and later cruisers with a few dreadnoughts.

Assuming you do talk about the Wiki , there are these two pages for instance:

and look at the top right (the box mentions if something might be outdated or not)
where the latter page has been last updated for A House Divided (so it says, while not true),
contrary to the former.

The Guide though still looks to be helpful, even if one can/might disagree with it here or there.

I don't know the Youtube video and i find LPs or Tutorials as usually neither correct nor extensive enough and rather an orientation.

Regarding your fleet question, opinions about strategy in Vic II are more than players exist and everybody is right.
I use commerce raiders in a mixed fleet and/or to support battle class ships, but first of all to intercept transports and small fleets.

I have read both Wiki articels (yes the Victoria 2 Wiki) befor you post it. And I agree with you, not more absoluty up-to-date but helpfull.

That youtube tutorial series is less than a year old!

Basically in sp you barely even need a combat fleet. The ai is that bad. Later on Dreadnought spam for prestige ofc.
