Maybe some people already do this. And I'm not referring to cheat mode in CGM with my game edits this time LOL As you keen eyed forumites will see, I cheated a little bit for fun this time as GErmany with nuke reactors rocket sites etc... 
quick method to create corps, armies and army groups with correct divisions inside.
1. deploy, or move correct divisions in one province ( such as 4 div --> one province)
2. drag box over divs, and press this button
3. IMPORTANT! when you need to put correct corps into correct armies (or correct armies into correct army groups)
ONLY SELECT HQs, and then press the same button.
