Yep, can't marry daughters to vassals here either (catholic king of England).
Though the number of +/- modifiers makes it pretty close.
Though you can still invite claimants to your court, matri-marry them to your daughters, push their claims at an opportune time(or just hope they inherit naturally due to the high death rate), and have titles easily fall into your dynasty.
I'm not sure this loophole is actually intended, as the matri-marry window accept button tooltip indicates they shouldn't accept the proposal, but the button itself says they will(and they do)
Makes it super easy to get matri-marriages to cousins and brothers of kings/emperors with either strong, of inheritable weak claims.

which as a family who is know for putting vassals in their de jure lands whether they want to or not through bigger army diplomacy is saying quiet a lot. never had any problems with factions because what ive noticed in my time playing is that the AI generally wants its de jure lands anything outside of that is a toss up so i put them there and the realm has been incredibly stable so i would think that not forming/entering factions with me the glorious viking emperor would be a small price to pay to be a part of my dynasty.
