Sorry, but it has been repeatedly stated that the map will not be changed.
Now, on your wish to head east with out being the badboy. Five steps to it really.
1) Raise relations with Muscovy/Russia, have your religious slider not set to max intolerance for Orthodox, & ask for military access.
2) Repeat with the Golden Horde. Adjust sliders for Islam this time.
3) Trade maps with the happy Golden Horde.
4) DOW Sibir, ask for military access and one of their pagan provinces facing the Siberian frontier. -2 stab, total 3 BB Will be only one BB w/ patch 1.05 no BB for taking pagan provinces.
5) Send out the conquistadors & settlers while converting the province to your religion & culture.
Extra thoughts, Sibir maybe considered 'outside' europe so the conquistador will be very good for warfare there. If your feeling greedy, DOW the Golden Horde and ask for Samara & military access once you've sacked their capital for the maps. For another -2 stab, and 4 BB. You may, depending on the speed of the Russians, have to get military access with Astrakhan as well to send later conquistadors & revolt suppression cavalry.
That should get you going east.
