Poland also currently starts at 1 infra. Russia OTOH is at 3 infra, more than anyone else, is that intentional? And Genoa has 4 trade, 4 infra. Perhaps thats appropriate, if you assume that they'll remain really small and insignificant, but I'm not so sure that thats the case. I see it as just another Holland or Portugal.

were historical leaders edited ?
Prussian and Austrian ones is most important question.
Russian ones according this thread http://www.europa-universalis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=233505 would be fine too.

It is important to finish before roster.

I said a while ago that I would adop the AGCEEP leaders instead of the vanilla ones for this campaign, because those have in many cases more correct historical start and death dates. This also would save me a lot of work.

When Russia is formed, I will give them the AGCEEP leaders too. Same with Prussia and Netherlands.

Besides, last post in the Russian bug thread is 'So, I guess we still haven't an agreement on the Russians?' :D

Genoa will get the following cores:

Genoa, Liguria, Piedmonte, Sardinia, Corsica & Sicily. (All based on the old Republic of Genoa :D)

They also will get some diplomats, merchants, colonists and inquisitors.

So far nobody has had the palatinate as one of their choices. Just Robertus and PJL are left to state their preferences. Would anyone not mind playing the palatinate?

Tonio, the point was that there was a lot of disagreement about those proposed stats in the bug thread.

But fair enough, if no one here objects, then I give permission to you to edit those leaders.
