With the recent nomination and now that I had some time to spare, I have finally caught up with the latest updates! What a ride of conquest and military glory the reign of Agellid the Magnificent ended up as, although I must say I was surprised that the realm was kept intact after all the wars and rebellions, but that said it shows how gifted of a ruler he was. The clique and subsequent weak emperors who have followed seem to indicate an upcoming decline, even though no territorial losses have followed so far. The future of the dynasty and the Islamic Sicily will depend on whether or not a new skilled monarch takes over, because otherwise I'm afraid the erosion of imperial power from Palermo is bound to continue.
