Have any of you tried to use this heavily in South America? I was thinking about driving up the belligerence of one of the small latino nations.
Why?
Because the US has guaranteed the independence of those nations. And if the belligerence would rise high enough, perhaps then some nation would declare war, and the US would DOW the agressor in turn, thus throwing them into war soon, perhaps out of the allies reach, or perhaps to get the gearing up to war earlier.
It's expensive as hell though (only about 2 beligerence change each time it succeeds), but with enough effort, I think it could work.
