So far so good.... great game, no crashes so far.

I did uncover one minor bug (glitch?).... although it may be a "feature" that I'm not aware of.

A nation I am currently at war with keeps asking me to grant him military access.

There you go. Sounds just plain bizzarre, right?

Grand Campaign 1419 Scenario:

I was playing Mughals, declared war on Delhi Sultanate. Neither of us have allies involved in this war.

My Mughal troops capture Thar, then I proceed to move towards Delhi capital. Then a few months into the war, Delhi asks me to GRANT him military access.

Huh? OK, I thought it was a fluke. I dismiss the message box (i.e. I reject their proposal) and continue on my war campaign.

Then 5 or 6 months later, Delhi once again begs me to grant him military access.

OK, now this is strange. Why on earth would I even consider granting a CURRENT ENEMY nation military access?

Please note, this message box is strictly asking me to grant military access. To my knowledge, the enemy is NOT asking for terms of peace or surrender.

I hope someone could clarify this situation.... thanks :)

otherwise.... game has been great, tho kinda disorienting since my old EU1 habits are quickly getting me into trouble

Very wierd. This was a bug that has been verified as fixed. And [super-secret beta information] you are not playing on a version that has the ai spamming military access requests.

Whoops, I see someone has reported this bug in the beta. [bug 1807, Vulture]

LOL

Those were the days, weren't they? Nothing like suddenly having your screen filled up with military access requests! :)

This is definiately back in the most recent beta patch but I didn't notice it in the patch that was part of the gold game.

That is a funny bug. I wonder if the opponent could move his troops in to the enemy territory anyway or if he just sat there waiting for military access?
