Giving Territories to Other Countries in the Editor???

The HOI Editor is confusing as hell. Not even a help file, we just have to fend for ourselves. Well, does anyway know how to give provinces from one country to another. Example: I'm trying to split up Germany amongst France, Britain, the US, and Russia for a Cold War scenario.

Editor? Do you mean notepad??

I figured out how to change control of provinces from the scenario file, but it took me a hell of a long time just to change over one province. (it was occupied too, so I had to make even more changes)

Think it's either shift and right click or ctrl and right click.
