Yes i know ur sick of me already :D good!

i just been looking at the general forum a topic about switching titles and saw again - you cant give your main title if its the only one either being duke/king.

however if this is possible it can very well, perfectly even simulate 2 things:

1.the possibility of a ruler to just retired in favour for his son
2.choosing the successor by yourself

i dont think this will render the laws useless :)

if u didnt catch my idea - basicly you are a king with 1 kingdom title (or duke with 1 duchy title) and youd be able to give this main title.

maybe for human only cuz the ai will mess itself up :D

Considering giving out your primary title requires you to save and reload, since you change your primary title there and then ... no, rather not. Besides, it would only serve to make the game even easier for human player. :p

change primary title then what ? then u go on as a county :p or save and reload and play as your son - this way u can have a king with his father actually alive :p

but maybe ur right bout making it even easier for human players :D
