1. Each time I conquer a region, I keep the count title for me and I try to give the minor titles to my family.

Is that interesting to give a town to a son for instance?
I don't see really the benefits to do that except to increase my relation with my son. Besides, I loose diplomatic points with every vassals when I remove the title to a baron. And the title does not come back ifmy son dies !!

2. One question related to the one above : I conquered a region that had no castle, just a city and a church. I gave the city to a son and he became the owner of the region (lord of something I think in english)
After that I built a castle that I kept for me. My son became really angry at me and declares war on me. I beat him and enprisonner him. Suddenly the castle became the main property of the region and I became count of the region.

Could someone tell me about that.... Is it possible to change the main property manually?

Hi, and welcome to the forums!:)

1) I would go for giving your son a castle. Giving him a bishopric means he is removed from succession, so if you are gavelkind and want to risk that the only remaining son survives you, give him that. As for a city, I'm not sure how that works.

2) The main title is the one you give the county to. So if you give the county to the city, it becomes the main settlement, if you give it to the bishopric it becomes the main settlement etc.:)
