For example it's super tedious to go through every planet (specially when you are playing wide) and add the same encourage pop growth decision instead of doing it with only a couple of clicks.
Perhaps moving to a monthly fee, rather than the bulk purchase would be helpful. Or set a slider for a decision to expire in X years or months would be good, and get notified about it.

I would love a simple per-planet toggle that lets me tell a planet to automatically resettle unemployed pops to another planet that has free housing and jobs.
There is one similar (but not quite what you said)... planetary population controls take some influence points. They stop population growth, and increase emigration. So functionally it increases population growth elsewhere.

For starters, I'd like a simple button which allows me to declare a planet being "complete", if I have no intention to replace rural districts with city districts (for more housing) or upgrade buildings (for more jobs).

The button would basically disable all notifications of the planet in the ledger (i.e. unemployment, lack of housing, etc.) and instead display a green cross or whatvever.
Maybe a notification priority for planets would be good. So you could set planets to notify about everything, or only normal priority notifications, or low, where only really critical things are said about.

Unfortunately, the game notifications do not differentiate between my fully built pop 140 planet having 1 unemployment person (and there is nothing I am going to do about it) or my new colony having 5 because I forgot to check for a while.
There needs to be amber and red notifications in the sidebar. So only one or two pops unemployed should be amber, while more than this could be red. IF you really wanted to, at least in a ledger have free jobs as being green or blue or something? Same goes for housing, stability, etc etc etc. Sometimes I don't mind (or care about) a bit of overcrowding or unemployment.

With the new economy, I think more displays that abstract from planets would be good in general. Like a display that simply gives you a breakdown of all the jobs worked in the empire, and allows you to adjust job priorities or move pops without regard for the planet they are actually on. That way at least you'd only have to build the planets up individually, but could then control most of the economy from one screen.

More ledgers and display methods for the same data would be great!
