‘Give unit as an expeditionary force’ button does not have a tool tip pop up

In the unit side bar on the map screen: ‘give unit as an expeditionary force’ does not have a tool tip pop up when you hover over the button. The ‘take unit back’ button after you lend another country something does have a tool tip.
