Give the Swahili the feudalism institution in 1444

As the title says. The Swahili were not only in constant contact, by trade, with other countries as far as India, all of which are represented in game as having feudalism in 1444, but there was constant migration between the Swahili cities and those other Muslim and Indian states. In a lot of ways, the Swahili cities were Arabic/Indian colonies on the east African coast. I don't think there's a reason to distinguish them technologically from, say, Mogadishu.

I agree there's no reason to have the Swahili states be different from Mogadishu but there are still some issues with having them start out feudal... The situation does warrant changes though I think. Thanks for bringing it up.

Probably the way it'd spread into mutapa and other african countries in the area that shouldn't have it that early.

Still very good point though that the Swahili state should start with feudalism
