Give Lhasa a Religious Center Modifier

All too often, I see the Tibetan nations conquered by everyone from Nepal, Assam, Koch and sometimes even Yarkand who then proceed to convert the entirety of the plateau to Hinduism/Sunni. Surely the home of Vajrayana Buddhism should get a modifier to prevent such conversions? Just doesn't seem right that they fold so easily. Wouldn't say no to something similar for Coptics in Ethiopia either, though they normally seem to do much better than the Tibetans.

It should give a missionary too, as should the current Hindu center.

Agree with both but Lhasa should ONLY give a missionary to Tibetian Buddhist not all Buddhist.
While Ceylon(Center of Orange Buddhism) should give a missionary to Orange Buddhism.
