It's not. As far as I'm aware the only fourth Estates are the Cossacks for Eastern nations and the Dhimmi for Muslim nations.

The devs were apparently discussing it at some point, but they didn't make it in.

Most likely it will be on the 1658-9 revolt of Abaza Hasan Pasha and its significance for court and ümera politics, though a lot can change between now and then.

there are some scholars claiming real turkish culture is aleviism (heterodox islam with many shaman traditions, the natural cultural evolution of anatolian people, hence more humane, open minded) and sunni sect is imposed by the state to the people for ideological reasons (more suitable for despotic rulers, sunni perspective of ruler-subject relations, repressive, submissive)

Yes, please do There is nothing to stop more local names but we need to know of them to add them.

Does that also go for dynamic province names? Because then I have loads. Though should they be from the 1400s or are ones from the 18th century acceptable too?
And are they acceptable if they only differ in spelling from the original name instead of being a whole different name?

Personally, the Daimyos were more like clans so they should have full control and not be able to be influenced or influenced anyone. Only in the Edo period did Burgois and nobels live together while buddhists were curtailed, but still existed. Daimyos are simply too small.
