Umm...no. The americans stopped building new formations in 1943.

So no...there wasn't going to be any increasing ratio of americans to allies..unless the allies were dying off faster then the americans in combat.

The US decided to keep their divisions as fully manned as possible instead of creating new one. Germany on the other hand let current divisions get to as low as 20% of their allotted levels and then just created new divisions even without the troops to man them. So please compare apples to apples.

I'm not sure that Canada would count as a net Lend Lease recipient in HOI terms. They donated a lot of stuff like food and airforce ground crews that the game doesn't represent. In terms of stuff that the game represents they donated a lot of aircraft but received a lot of ships. I'm not sure how the game would represent divisional artillery which I suspect they were receivers of and there's trucks which they donated. It's hard to unwind because the net effect would often be the same, exported weapons and imported weapons would both mostly end up going to Europe where they would be used with troops fighting side by side.

If your referring to my post, the point was in HOI3 i am able to RECEIVE about 10x my IC in lendlease this isnt the way it should be. Lend lease should really be looked at and done better imo. The majors tend to give away too much too freely to almost anyone, and often when they need it themselves.
