It would help them blob out and form Persia, which they did irl, but never seem to do in game (even when a player plays them, it's still VERY hard to replicate its historical expansion)


I really hope that things such as Persia (by Ardabil) and Mughals (by Afghanistan, not the Persian Timurid-Mughals) never forming will be addressed in the next Middle East DLC after Domination...

as another comment said, they are far too small to actually make it, or they need to be extremely lucky. The ai is simply to dumb.

Furthermore for the player it doesnt matter, since if i remember correctly the lucky nation modifier cant be used by players anyway.
