I have been getting this a lot .. what does it. I tried searching Block Symbol and subtracting thought bubbles.

Giant Block Symbol on Visitors??

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
That symbol means that the visitor was either carrying contraband, or was ill from Jungle Fever. Visitors may be denied under those prerequisites by metal detectors. This mechanic was introduced via the latest Jailhouse update.
OH, I love it.. smile ... it means they are doing the job. Smile. Thank you that was driving me nuts.
