Hello there,

I already posted in another thread but my problem seems lost there...

When I wanted to try the new expansion, I had to reinstall the game (it wouldn't launch in an acceptable time). So I did the usual thing for users of the GG-Version - I wanted to download the DLCs via the ingame-Store. The game would download the DLCs (sometimes it produced errors), but afterwards, there are no DLCs ingame or in the directory visible.

I would really appreciate any help!

Slightly offtopic: Since Paradox shifted to Steam - wouldn't it be easier to give out Steam-codes for the GG-users? When I bought the game two years ago, it was not clear how it would develop - now I have to download 20 or so DLCs manually every time I install the game...

Best wishes!

Have you got Steam ?
In this case delete the steam_appid.txt file if it is in your patched GG install.
It caused problems (fixed in coming hotfix)...or quit Steam running along your GG game.

Before trying to redownload the DLCs , you could check if they got downloaded in your 'username/appdata' folder somewhere.
Just a suggestion of another forum member.

Yes, I got steam - but that was not the issue. Apparently I should not have installed the game to the default directory that the installer proposes. By doing that the game actually requires administrator privileges for downloading and installing DLC...

Regarding the off-topic: That's actually good news!
