Getting SuperMax Money From LowSec

I've noticed that you can simply only take in LowSec and then change them to SuperMax to get a load of money. You miss the intake money, but it's very profitable in the long run. The problem is that you get a higher income from the prisoners based on their current security level instead of the initial one.

It makes sense if you're bumping them up to supermax because they are really misbehaving, but they do need to put in a stipulation where in order to get the pay bonuses, they actually have to be dangerous
