getting rid of the dissent penalty

anyone know how to get rid of the 5 points dissent penalty when liberating a puppet? i imagine i can manually do this without reinstalling anything.

I dont know what file it is in, BUT you can always use F12 and the event 1009 cheat, it removes 3 percent per use. There is another that removes 5 percent, event 1005 but it costs 100 supply.

Another option is to post in the other forum and ask what file it is in, though I suspect someone will be along shortly here and tell you.

The dissent hit is hardcoded as it's a straight read from the democractic to authoritarian slider.

Using the event cheat to get rid of any dissent is the only workaround.
