without losing all my crown authority?

So I've formed the Latin Empire and am recreating the Roman Empire (I'm trying to stay within Romes historical for RP reasons). After my 1st wife died I decided to marry a Danish princess incase I had to fight the HRE... This princess was 5th in line so this was purely for the alliance (And I had a son by my 1st wife who was heir to the Latin Empire). But somehow in about 7 years her 3 older brothers and an older sister died so shes now the queen of Denmark... The next year my heir by my 1st wife died from an illness... So now My son by my second wife is heir to the Latin Empire and my Wifes kingdom of Denmark, both primo succession.

Is there any way I can get rid of Denmark after I inherit it (preferably with a dynasty member on throne)?

I miss EU3s "release vassal option"... I would even be open to console commands (but I'm not sure what to do exactly). I figure that weakening myself through console "cheats" is morally acceptable :p

As you're an empire, I don't think so. You could give the Kingdom to a dynast, but as an Emperor, he'd still be under you. Just roll with it, if it genuinely happened by chance :p

In terms of console commands, in a test game, I was able to get the char-id of the emperor’s daughter with charid 1. Then, I could give_title k_denmark char-id, then repeat for c_sjaelland and the rest of the royal demesne. This created an independent queen of Denmark.

hmmm, maybe I should keep it, put another dynasty member as king and think of it as trading posts or something :p

I just cant get over how it happened, Ive never inherited this much land without any effort or work by me the player. I wouldnt have ever dreamed of getting Denmark from this marriage. I just went and looked and over a 10 year span 10 different characters died ( My second wifes 3 elder brothers, 3 of their kids, her elder sister and 1 of her kids plus, my 1st wife and 2 eldest sons from my 1st marriage)... All that happened to make my 3rd son (1st by second marriage) Heir to all of the Latin Empire and Denmark... with 0 help from me, I didnt even realize what had happened until I saw I was able to call Denmark into a war and my wife was suddenly their faction leader.

Well, historically, bad luck had brought down bloodlines like that.

Give the title of king of Denmark to a Danish noble, then piss him off enough to demand independence.

Kinda risky though--depending on your empire size, Denmark might not be big enough by itself to reach the threshold to demand independence.
