Hello, I'm trying to allocate as better as I can IC, and AI did it in a very good way in order to balance. But now it is like getting mad, and it is driving mad me too!

The problem is that AI removes IC from supplies and gives it to Consumer Goods. I have no dissent at all, and I gave priority to supplies than goods. I tried to load again, but it still gives this issue. I have more than 20k of supplies... is it too much? I can't undestand what happens

Hover above the supply area, then check the values. If your level of supply is above the maximum you can store without penalties, then the IA will allocate the ICs where the profit is maximize, here the money if you don't upgrade or repair units.

I've always longed for a command that would allow player to move slider exactly to the needed level without need of ticking + or - button over and over again. So that if you need 76.11 IC to reinforce your units at optimum speed, you could just press a button to do that.

Hmm... I think I will use here to solve one of my doubts:

Is the IC meter in manual how much reliable? Does it automatically add the new IC I have produced or do I need to toggle it whenever I build a factory or research a production tech?

I think the bonus gets split equally, but it would take a lunatic to play the game with manual IC allocation and the reincarnation of Albert Speer to do so in a useful fashion.

Here is my problem with the manual slider. I just can't move one slider without affecting other sliders.

I think that you have to right click on the slider to freeze.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. Controlling it manually gives you a lot more flexibility and some options that you can't have when doing it automatically. You can always lock a couple of sliders while doing it manually.

Hm, I only play with manual allocation as the options for automatic control are just stupid in my view. I always keep consumer goods and production at the exact needed level and play around with the other three based on current priorities. It's a bit tedious through periods when total IC changes a lot or when the need on one of the sliders changes a lot (during upgrades for example) but it's the only way to really get the most out of your IC.

Best would be if you could just click which sliders you want to keep at the needed level so that they adjust automatically when IC or need changes.
