Getting a casus belli on Ireland.

I recently started playing the game and decided to start with England after I completed the mission to make Scotland my vassal I got a mission to take over Ireland but despite getting a mission I didn’t get any casus belli against any of the Irish countries and cant attack without a stability drop.

How do I get a casus belli against the Irish countries?

How do I get a casus belli against the Irish countries?

you should get the conquest cb with that mission, if not there isnt much you can do im afraid apart from guaranteeing them and eventually they will attack each other i suppose

If you are playing In Nomine then unfortunately you don't get a CB from the mission.

If you are playing a later version I suspect you actually have the CB but don't realize that you need to select the CB when you declare war; even when you have one available the game defaults to "no CB".
This is a common problem for new players.

If it's IN just fabricate claims on their capitol, by selecting the nation, in the bottom left corner click on the little spy icon, then select fabricate
