I am playing as Burgundy, early 1400's. I'm at war with Lorraine, as were France and its vassals. However, I noticed their armies marching happily across my lands. What's the deal! They don't have access, and I can't go across theirs. Even the French armies were doing it!

If you are the HRE Emperor yourself and at war, or at war against him, you can move all over the HRE.

I remember playing my first Austria game and Burgandy and Bohemia got into a war. Bohemia being HRE marched everywhere takig huge amounts of atrition while Burgandy also started marching everywhere due to military access :p. In the end they ended up fighting in my country

This issue is different. I was playing as Russia at war with the Ottomans and I was able to cut through croatia to a couple of their provinces.

Croatia was not allied or a vassal of either power.

In my current Byzantine game, Portugal seems to just walk wherever they want in my land while trying to get to what remains of the Mamluks. Dunno how, or why. *shrug*

Of course, I don't mind, it'll make it easier for me to annex the Mams later...and then I can just relieve Portugal of whatever they took. All in all, works out for everybody.

It's not a bug it's because you're in HRE and when other nations at war with HRE members defended by the Emperor they can cross your country (and been stuck there after peace deal).

But there is still a bug in the code somewhere about that. As in Jeno's case, Byzantium surely isn't part of the HRE and in my last IN game I had Castille walking all over Navarre (I think it was Navarre) without any kind of agreement between them.

And as Shuriken says. It shouoldn't be possible in a war between Russia and the Ottomans either.

So there is still a bug in this code, just not in the Jokers case.
