Very small percentage chance that the UK will not support Poland in the Treaty of Munich events. That gives Poland a larger percentage chance of folding to German demands for Danzig. Also even if UK supports Poland there is like a 1% chance of Poland giving up Danzig IIRC. It isn't likely but it is possible.

Is there something I can do so I get a better chance ?

Poland have an alliance with UK now, can I still get Danzig without war ?

There is a surefire way. Load up as Poland and give up Danzig before the event fires. Or you can keep reloading. According to probability and statistics after 100 reloads you will get Danzig. You can also mod the event files probably, but if you play as a different nation in a different game(especially if you rely on WWII like UK or France) then you might get weird games.

I don't think there is a non-gamey way to increase chances.

In one of my games I got dowed by PA france in 38 so no munich, no czech protectorate and so on. But while I was in war with france MR pact fired and I got the cores on poland. Now in 1944 vichy is created, japan and his puppets + the europeans are in the axis, UK is occupied and france is annexed. And I checked how high my chance was to demand those provinces from poland, and it was around 60% so after some tries I got them peacefully. Now a neutral poland and czechslovakia, romania protects my eastern borders from the SU :)

Yes and this is the way to go:

-> Coup Poland before 30th of March 39.
-> Invite them into alliance immedeately.
-> Ban them from the alliance before M-R pact.
-> Keep relations with them high. They are still NS and like you. :)
-> Demand new cores from them after MR-pact.

-> When "Danzig or war" fires, claim. Poland will fold with 40% probability.

This is the best you get without cheating.

If you do not press for Danzig on the historical event, the province will never become a core for you. You can never claim it again.

If you still take it by force, this means lower resources/production and annoying partisan value.

Also, your interventionism slider would move one step towards isolationism (more sonsumer goods required, higher dissent when DoWing).

I've seen it happen a couple of times with AI Germany.

Problem is, even if Poland gives up the corridor, Germany DOW's a few days later.
...duh. The entire point of demanding Danzig was to act as a Causus-Belli against Poland, because Germany knew they'd refuse.

This is not so clear. Originally the plan of the Germans was to start the war at some time between 1941 and 1945 and contain it to a limited war against the Soviets is possible. Indeed they first wanted to get the polish to their side to fight against the Soviets (tough obviously not as equal partners). Remember the question of Danzig and the Corridor was not the "official" casus belli (that was the faked attack and dow by "polish" forces on a german radio station), the corridor was not just requested a few days before 1st September but already discussed in late 1938 for 6 months. The Germans would not have spend half a year on negotiations (and hereby effectifly alarming the Polish) if they expected them to fail right away.
In fact the time of 33-late38 German foreign Policy was pro-Polish.

This is correct. GER and POL have had a Non-Aggression Pact for five years that ran out in 39. Due to the tension arising after Poland got unlimited guarantees from UK, the NAP wasn't prolonged. It was a main topic in the negotiations.

GER offered a ten year-NAP and guarantees if they would only be allowed to have a rail through to Eastern Prussia. This was refused.

Still, the MR-pact sealed that everything therafter would mean GER invading. Hitler's last political gamble had failed, resulting in him risking the European war earnestly.
