Gestrikland is still called Helsingland?

Hi,

As we all remember from my previous post on this subject (regarding EU III province names).
In my foolish youthfulness I obviously made the huge mistake of accepting the name of Gestrikland to be renamed Helsingland from EUII to EUIII

I would like to withdraw my previous acceptance and again demand that Gestrikland is reinstated.

Yes, and please don't spell it Gästrikland. Before 1899, the spelling was officially Gestrikland in Swedish.
