36 GC as USSR:
After Barbarossa started I annexed and puppeted Finnland.
Later during the war I puppeted Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary by event.
In late 43 I have occupied every VP of Germany and Italy but Oslo/Norway. Narvik/Norway was occupied by Finnland.
The Allies never set foot on mainland Europe.
The Germany surrenders event happend and I chose something like "Create satelite states".
But only the DDR became my puppet. Poland, Czechoslavika, Austria, Yugoslavia, Albania, Greece, Luxemburg, Denmark and Norway (except Narwik to Finnland) became independant states.
Why dont I get states like Poland, Czechoslavika and Yugoslavia which are soviet puppets in the doomsday campaign?
Italy, France, the Netherlands and Belgium are still in soviet hands. I can puppet Italy and Vichy France.
I know France is still around but why cant I puppet every province in Europe?
As for the supply of my territory in France - I do not have a land connection now because of independent poland. And I did not build a single convoy yet. Do I get the ressources from these provinces or do i need to build a convoy fleet first? Another thing that disturbes me is, that I can not redeploy my units in France to Russia because of Poland. And I neither have build transports during the war.
Is there any way to puppet Poland by event or give France to western allies?
