For a communist path, instead of an immediate civil war like the others, you can begin an event string that allows you to subtly undermine Hitler, showing just how paper thin all his promises are, and start the communist Civil War in 37 or 38?

If starting with an alternate timeline where the left succesfully had resisted its dismantling by Hitler in parts at least and then maybe the Blomberg Affair goes differently, the military gets disenchanted with Hitler and returns to a more Reichswehr stance....a looooot of things need to bei taken care of to make it happen.
Which means that it should be a Long tree to even make a civil war happen, then hard to win it.

What about a revolt in Bavaria against the NDSAP that culminates in the claimant to the Bavarian throne claim the German throne? Like rather than there be a monarchist camp so to be speak, a regional revolt breaks out that evolves into a monarchist camp? Then that monarch, in order to be legitimate, would have to capture Paris to proclaim a new German Empire united under a different German line? I feel its as realistic as a Franco-Spanish union lol
