Germany got Harsh Peace against Sovs, Lost no Territory but loses the war

1.02 Final. Germany wins against Soviets. Austria-Hungary hasn't collapsed at all (in fact, it's beating Italy), Germany only lost one province (Colmar), yet the two republics and armistice events still fire with Germany and Austria-Hungary losing everything. AI Germany only had 19% dissent when I loaded in the March autosave (the month when the two republics event fired), and USA isn't in the war (with UK under a blockade). WAD? (None of the events in the Germany event file should've fired afaik based on the dissent value)

This is me watching the ai.

Harsh Peace should make the surrender event harder to occur. That aside, I reloaded and it hasn't happened yet, so I'm guessing it's a random deviation.

Do you a savegame from before that happened (and one after, if possible)?

Also, were you using AAR?

I don't have a savegame (more like I have way too many savegames to figure out which it is).

Also, I couldn't reproduce, so I'm assuming one off occurrence.
