After watching the latest WWW #7 with the USSR almost conquered, here are more questions about captured 'stuff';
1. What happens to captured MIL and CIV factories?
2. Can the 'new owner' capture the various manufacturing organisations - e.g the Klementi Voroshilov - KV Tank bureau.
3. What happens to the locomotives and rail-cars from the Lend Lease arrivals before the GER conquest.
4. Any additional supply points/dumps that help the invader?
Struth - Daniel certainly went through USSR like a knife through butter, didn't he?
1. Captured factories get, well, captured and can be used by the occupant. It should be noted tho, that depending on your occupation policies you can use less or more of those factories. Harsher policies will cause more resistance, which can and will damage or destroy those factories, so if you cant get it under controll with MP (military police) you will end up with alot of destroyed stuff.
2. No you cant. Podcat mentioned it, but capturing companies doesnt work, unless they changed that at some point.
3. There are no locomotives or rail-cars. There are only convoys (ships) which also function as your transport ships for troops. Lend Lease itself can probably be captured just as the regular equipment aswell, but you certainly wont get all the equipment of the enemy of course.
4. Supply "depots" exist, just as in HoI III, in your capital and can be captured. Supply always travels from your capital to the supply zones. If the connection to that gets cut off the game automaticly uses the second best source. That is to prevent the supply grid colapsing once the capital falls like it was in HoI III.
