I'm playing as Italy and have stabbed Germany in the back with great success. problem is that before I can annex germany and get those sought after tech teams, they surrender to the russians and americans. Am I screwed or is there anyway to beat them to the point?

I am not sure this is a Tech support question, I think they are just beating you to Berlin. It would be hard for Italy to win that three way race without a huge headstart.
