Germany Axis Let's Play

Join me in my new Germany Let's Play series! This will be a traditional fascist Germany campaign where we attempt to conquer Europe and defeat the Allies and the Comintern. However, we'll be making three adjustments to the AI national focuses. Japan will become a democracy and should join the Allies, the United States will have their civil war and go fascist, and Italy will start their own faction with Spain and Bulgaria (we'll then be fighting them due to Mussolini insulting the fuhrer's kitty).

In episode 2 we declare war on the Netherlands.

We send volunteers to help in China's civil war.

We finish up the Chinese Civil War, and those same volunteers to a new civil war that has broken out.

We continue assisting the Loyalist in the 2nd American Civil War.

In episode 6 we launch an invasion of one of our neighbors.

In episode 7 we must decide to attack either France or Italy first, and then execute that attack while they're busy fighting each other.

We launch our invasion of Italy!

We begin our preparations for war with the Allies, however an unexpected event drastically changes the situation.

We push back against the Soviet offensive.

We continue our invasion of the Soviet Union, taking several key Russian cities.

We continue pushing forward into Soviet territory, but the offensive is slowing down as the USSR organizes several effective counter-offensives.

The Soviets continue putting up a strong late-war defense, but we get some key victories as well.

 

[Praetorian44]

After cutting off and overrunning a significant number of Soviet divisions, we're now able to begin a rapid advance into the rest of the Soviet Union.

We finally force the Soviet Union to capitulate. We conduct the peace treaty, and then began preparing for the war with the Allies.

We declare war on the Allies, invading into France, Czechoslovakia, and North Borneo.

 

[Praetorian44]

We wrap up the remaining Allied divisions in France and Czechoslovakia, and then invade a new country in Europe. In Asia, our divisions attempt to assist our Manchurian allies.

In episode 18 we invade two more European minors.
