Germany and Soviet flavor-event with Afghanistan
I'm thinking about making a flavor-events for Germany and the Soviet-union.
After a German victory over the Soviet-union and that Teheran is controlled by Germany or Persia is in the Axis Germany will get an event that Germany demands military access trough Afghanistan. If Afghanistan agrees there will a relation boost(Afghanistan gets some money and materials from GER) Afghanistan do not agree Germany gets an 25- in relation.
I'm thinking of 3 options for Afghanistan 1(AFG agrees)35% 2(AFG denies)60% 3(AFG Joins the Axis)5%

If Afghanistan is dowed by GER,UK,JAP,FRA or USA Soviet could get an war preparation event.
