those airfields are close enought to fighters attack NAV which bombing TP which making assault?
and how much you make NAV 3-4 or full 8 group? is 3-4 enought becouse what i understand NAV:s are very powerfull.

In a singleplayer game, you don't need NAV as Germany, though they are very powerful. If you want them, make 4-8; there is no correct number, but IMO >12 is a waste.

If you are playing a multiplayer game, depends on houserules and who the other humans are playing as. For example, if I were to play a multiplayer game, I'd like the following naval houserules:

1. MAX 4 NAVs for GER, ITA, USSR.
2. NO NAVs for USA, UK, JAP. (so use TAC/CAS/FTR instead)
3. NO Torpedoes on surface ships. (no CA/CL/DD doomstacks)
4. MAX 6 subs in a any sub stack. (no SS doomstacks)
5. ONLY Rear Admiral allowed on sub stacks. (no SS doomstacks made from smaller SS stacks)
6. MAX 50% Sub/Surface ship ratio in any stack. (no SS doomstacks made from unorthodox fleet compositions - ex. 1 DD + 29 SS)

so in multiplayer at germany you have to make surface fleets with those house rules.. do you change naval doctorine line to surface line? or stay in sub line?
and still make surface fleets? which is best surface fleet type.. CV:s or BB&CA? those rules are nice i think.. do people use these rules offen?

BB is useless for its cost. 30 CA with all torpedo, float plane, fire control. Put them in the hand of a skill 4 or 5 grandadmiral. They are capable of zerging CV, and are immune to SUB. If you think that sucks, then go with CV instead, the best conventional ship.

Under those rules, you don't have to make surface ships. You only do if you plan to defeat the Royal Navy on the high seas.

P.S.:

Under those rules (no torpedoes on surface ships), you can't make 30 CA + Torpedo, but you can make CV fleets. You can also make 30x CA fleets if you want (but no torpedoes). You can also make BB+Escort fleets, etc. My suggestion as Germany in a multiplayer game:

1. The human USSR is your worst enemy, so focus on destroying it first. That means little spare IC to build ships.
2. You probably won't be able to successfully invade a human UK before you get nukes, if ever. There is no reason to try to achieve naval superiority before you plan on trying to invade the UK, especially given the focus on the USSR.
3. By 1943/4, you'd be facing a combined Royal Navy + USA presence. If you haven't won the war against the USSR yet, you're probably screwed. If you have defeated the USSR, the time has come to pick - air superiority or ships. Not an easy choice, given the insurmountable naval odds.
4. So... not at all sure you should try to build a large, or even any surface fleet at all.

why when i choose to take whole france (not vichy) they dont surrender? or do it take longer or do i have to kill all france troops... have tried this once..

Because the French were hiding in shame after you refused their peace offer.

You have 2 choices in the event.
- Sign a peace treaty, annexing Alsace-Loraine and occupying parts of France, or
- Not sign a peace treaty.

That's about it... same as with the UK/USSR/etc. If you reach the conditions for Bitter Peace and you don't peace out, then prepare to fight to Vladivostok.

amphibious assault max stack depends on your naval doctrine. If your armored corp can reach fast enough, there is no problem cleaning those invaders.

Just read the german minister file. There is severals resource industrialist, who apart from a lower (2,5%) production and resource bonus, will give you a discount on industrial tech for assembly lines. After 1942 you can have Speer with 20% bonus !

How much tanks and motorized units you make for barbarossa? what is minium? just thinking and asking... is 12 tanks and 18 motorized enought? or do you need more than that.. again thinking amount of them...
I may not be the best expert on this, but I do fine with 9 tanks and 18 Mot. If you decide to do Barbarosa in historical date though, you would need whatever L-ARM you got, plus around 9 ARM, along with around 24 Mot in 1941.
