German unification BB?

I couldn't find it in the readme, but reason tells me it would have to have been included.
Are the number of BB for German reunification lowered in the VIP?
And how about the Italian for that matter?

Hi,
i don't know if it was included in VIP since now, but Dareknown has mad a mod(read about here ) which handles the problem at the moment the minors will surrender to germany and i've made some events in my mod which will lower the bb shortly after unification(see sig below).
I've not included italian unification bb reduce since now, but iz's on my todo list for one of the next versions of my mod. and if Dareknown's mod reduces it i don't know.
