Why is it that Germany can produce flyingbombs in 1936 without having the necessary technology and why do Germany looses the ability to build rockects after you reach the necessary technology???

Did anyone notice this as well!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you start the game in the year of 1936 then you can just go to production and click on the rocket button and there you can order the production of the flying bombs.
