I'm trying to find the events in the Germany.txt file regarding the occupation policy choices for Germany after invading Russia. There are 3 choices, one of them is total annihilation...the others imply puppeting various states like Ukraine and the Baltic countries...can anyone clue me in on the benefits or consequences of the 3 choices?
