That is the only one I could find anywhere also. The wiki is the same

There was this thread where podcat posted the german and a few other ones, but apparently he deleted his posts.

Okay, remembered that wrong as well. There is just this thread where da9l posted the italian and soviet one: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/italian-focus-tree.914334/

So I'm afraid you can only click through the WWWs to see it for Germany. Really wouldn't mind all focus trees with descriptions fully uploaded to the wiki.
