The province_revoltrisk commands in this event change the province's revolt risk permanently, which I'm fairly certain isn't what you want. There isn't a trivial solution; you have to make another event that puts the revoltrisk back. In this case, you'd need two, one of which is slept by each choice taken in 15008.

Frederick didn't assume the throne of Bohemia until late 1619, and the Palatinate wasn't involcved in the war until then. If I'm not mistaken Heidelberg wasn't besieged until 1621. Should the Heidelberg Catechism increase relations with calvinist (reformist) countries? Finally, I thought that the exodus from the Palatinate also had to do with the ascension of Pfalz-Neuberg to the electorate and the institutuion of catholicism.

You are right about the closing of the university. When I first looked at the history book it said it closed when the war began, but I didn't notice that the war came to that area a little bit later than the official start.
The relation increase should be with those countries, but I just didn't know how to code it specifically for that. I could add countries that were historically reformist, but I always play from 1419 and the history almost always changed. For these games I didn't know if I could extropolate that far into the future, so I just made it a general increase.
The winter event though is correct. This was specificaly becasue of the horrible winter. The population was unsupported and decided to leave (which did have to do with ascension of Pfalz-Neuberg), but it was a direct result of the freeze. The second option would be one that is used by a player who would be more accepting of the population, which was not the historical case.
I recently played the Byz game for the first time and really liked the fact that every event had options just not one choice. Can anyone give me any advice on how to and what to add as choices.
I also am looking for another german minor to start working on. Does anyone have any ideas?
