So, I understand that manpower is supposed to be a pretty tough concern for Germany, however I'm running into some problems aruond the time of Barbrossa.
My 1941 army usually looks something like this:
~130 Infantry divisions (most 1941 model)
~9 ARM
18 Mot
9 Mec
And then airforce, and a good deal of Garrison units keeping partisan levels down. Might have around 40 GAR divisions. Note that I install Walter Buch as soon as he comes up to get the manpower bonus, and keep up on Agriculture techs.
By June of '41 when I invade, my manpower is usually already at critically low levels (<100 if not near zero). This is not good, of course. Are there any events that give more reservists? Or am I simply building too many troops? If so, I need to revise my strategy as I seem to get overwhelmed by the Soviets already as it is.
