Germany beat USSR, and now they are standing against UK and USA. Japan too is fighting them. Time for alliance?
Answer is no ! Japan prefers to be alone. No matters how close relations are, Japan prefers to be beaten slowly by China, and after "Fading Sun" event triggered, remaining alone against UK and USA with just its islands.

I,don't see any reason, both historicall and in term of gameplay, to such nonsense. Germany and Japan have exactly the same foes, Germany won the war in the East, I can't figure any japanese leader saying "sorry, but we prefer to remain without any support".

After Bitter Peace, an event should allow to conclude this alliance, since the AI is enough silly to refuse it.
