** General Airfield for HOI2. I really hope it will enhance your gaming experiance together with my other German units. This project took me more then 120 hours OMG i am crazy!

Wow, that's a lot of time, realy appreciate it. This stuff makes the original icons look like something from a Vic 20 or Commodore C-64

Thanks for the nice airfield, only problem I have with the new one is that the active airfield has a not-so-nice red ring around it. As with your previously posted harbor I took the liberty of altering these a bit, so the active version is in color and the in-active is in black/white. For the airfield I made the active one more green (grass around the landing strip) and the landing strip a bit brighter (would be nice with a few planes on the runway also). Makes it realy easy to see the active airfields/ports, but without any nasty red rings Together with a new radar/AA gun/rocket site and the new brigade icons I downloaded the game is starting to look realy good.

Keep up the good work! Have you decided what other stuff you will do now that you are more or less done with the German icons? Btw do you have any plans on making a new land/sea fort? The one you are using is from the HoI1 era, and it doesn't match your more previous (and excellent) work.

@ Zucker Shit it is kinda small but its most definatly there

@ Viking. I would use a darker green as this looks a bit on the bright sight. Planes on the runway isnt possible. For that the graphic is simply to small i am afraid. The black and white on harbour is a good idea and am sure more ppl would prefer that and others not. Can put it on my site so ppl can choose which one they like. Just put it somewhere so i can download it.

I am off playing HSR mod for HOI2 am enjoying that after all them icons. I will see what i do when i get bored again

** German Luftwaffe completly remade with high quality colored pictures.

It has been a hell of a job doing this. It was one big fight to maintain as much detail as i could and to maintain the designs which where so unique in the German Luftwaffe. I made some very good icons and some less but personally i think the average quality is good enough to let you judge for yourself. I really hope it will enhance your gaming experiance together with my other German units. This project took me more then 120 hours OMG i am crazy!

So guys and girls have fun with them and enjoy!

Reason: Even if more ppl play the russians, the usually dont build that many aircraft when playing the ruskies as compared to the brits. And we all love your planes!!! (and the land units too)

Woohoo! Soviet stuff! What's that little icon on the far right on one of the icons (to the right of the text)? How did it get there?

Btw I agree women are better when non-pixelated, but I don't think my gf would appreciate it if I sent her off to Holland. Then again, if this will help you with your work I'll try to convince her
