German IC?

I have a problem whit the German IC=).
It won´t go up to 450 available but i heard that it should have gotten?

Personally I playing as Germany against AI by aug 39 managed to make over 500 actual IC for Germany that is with full central planing economy.

Why do you think you should have 450? The numbers all add up correctly.

hey mate u forgot to change a minister (hans oster) or to move your CP sliders, I see you have 252 base IC but under 400 effective ic instead of >450.
Also I see a lack of 40 divisions in that oob and u only have half rares stock germany would need.Move your cp sliders, buy more rares and you will be fine.

And i also heard from panQ that it should be whit 250 base IC that you get 450 available.
