German Field Commications Late 1940s

Not sure if this can be answered here... but am hoping that I can get an answer on German field communication equipment for my AAR...

My commandos are going on a raid in Buenos Aires... for field communication would they use the Kleinfunksprecher D two-way transmitter, or whould they use something else?

Just wanting to be accurate in my AAR when it comes time for the KSK operations...

I admittedly don't know anything about this sort of thing, but that (or a hypothetical more advanced version, seeing how Germany's done much better in your timeline) seems fairly reasonable.
